About Charlene

Charlene Mateus, President of Chartreuse Talent Management, Inc. began her career at the age of 14 years old, modeling for Vidal Sassoon. She appeared on billboard ads at Times Square in New York City modeling for Sergio Valente Jeans. At age 19 she was crowned Miss New York State representing Gracie Mansions. Charlene has performed in the entertainment industry as an actor, singer, model and spokesperson on Television, film, stage for over 25 years appearing in many TV Commercials, Soap Operas (All My Children), Films, and modeled for Eileen Ford's agency. Charlene has had the privilege to work with both the prestigious Theatrical Producer Lorin E. Price and her godfather the legendary Mr. Joe Franklin. She has starred on The Joe Franklin Show, The David Letterman Show, Geraldo and Regis Show just to mention a few. After being associated with Dorothy Palmer Talent Agency in NYC for over 15 years, she founded her own talent agency in 1990. Charlene and Dorothy have an established film Production company, collaborating on numerous movie properties. Her agency handles screenplays in its literary department, packages Independent Films, and works with tops celebrities and A-list actors.
